WEAVE Phone System Transition
Expect temporary disruptions in service
Update 4/12/19: WEAVE transitioned its telephone system on April 11. The 24/7 Support & Information Line and Business Line transitioned without problem and are fully operational. Some employee direct numbers and extensions are still being initialized. Anyone having trouble reaching a WEAVE employee on their direct line may call the Business Line at 916-448-2321 to have a message given to the employee. The Business Line is answered Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
On April 11, 2019, WEAVE will transition to a new telephone and internet provider. WEAVE has taken steps to minimize impact on survivors who may reach out for help and the partners we work with to keep survivors safe.
There will be unavoidable disruptions to our 24/7 Support Line, Business Line, and access to employees via phone. These disruptions are expected to be brief.
