Safehouse Children’s Building Remodel

Post

Late this summer WEAVE will begin renovations on the Safehouse Children’s Building. Since 1984, the Children’s Building has been a place for children who find refuge at WEAVE’s Safehouse to play, heal and learn as their mothers develop skills to build a new life free from violence.

To continue providing a safe haven for children, the Safehouse Children’s Building will undergo exterior improvements and repairs and feature new resources. Among the additions are a nutrition center to promote healthy eating habits and a computer lab to teach children about technology.

We need your help to remodel the Safehouse Children’s Building. You can support children at WEAVE’s Safehouse by:

1) Donating now to support the remodel
2) Making a donation from the wish list.

Your contribution will ensure that the children at WEAVE’s Safehouse have a place to learn and receive therapy to break the cycle of violence.
