We are deeply grateful to A Seat at the Table Books for their unwavering commitment to championing diversity and inclusion in our community. They invited WEAVE to partner with them for their “Black Girl Glow: A Day of Healing, Self-Love and Restoration” event. At this event, their support allowed WEAVE to be present and spread awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault, while also providing the opportunity to connect with other local Black community partners and artisans. The event featured journaling, storytelling, and insightful conversations about mental health and its profound impact on Black women.
